BUILDING STRONGER STATURES!
Posture Biomechanics Foundation
We
aim to apply the technology and techniques to perform clinical research,
demonstrate objective improvement in posture and other physiological factors,
eliminate spine fractures due to Osteoporosis, Osteopenia, and other processes
of compromised bone integrity, and to show evidence of improved health and
well-being.
Posture Biomechanics Foundation
At our associated facility The Spine Revolution, in Solana Beach, our mission
is to build stronger statures through education and training of optimal
alignment and effective movement. Our goal is to eliminate disability
related to compromised spine integrity, and to improve the health and
well-being of our clients.
MISSION AND PURPOSE
Our Mission
Posture Biomechanics Foundation
Our Purpose
To develop programs an techniques for effective
exercise and movement training which optimally load the spine to build stronger statures
and improve health
To apply this technology and techniques to:
* Perform
clinical research
* Demonstrate
objective improvement in postural, neuromuscular and physiological factors
* Eliminate disability related to processes of
compromised spine integrity and spinal deformity
* Show
evidence of improved health and well-being
To implement education and training programs
using these proven techniques and bring this technology to the public through
community outreach, collaboration and program expansion

SAN DIEGO STAFF
MARCIA TASSINARI
President
Marcia established Posture
Biomechanics Foundation in June of 2009 and recently opened "The Posture
Revolution Studio" in Solana Beach, CA.
She started Tassinari Physical Therapy, Inc. in Pacific Beach in March
of 2000 with her husband, Rusty. Marcia received her Master's degree in Physical Therapy in June 1994 from Western
University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California, and is also a graduate
from the University of Washington, and San Francisco State University. She is a member of the American Physical
Therapy Association.
Marcia connects with her audience immediately. Her information is presented in a simple,
understandable manner, and she relaxes the audience with humor. Marcia is a frequent guest presenter at a
variety of organizations, including the University of St. Augustine, Scripps
Integrative Medicine, and San Diego Community Colleges. Her programs and classes are currently in San
Diego YMCA facilities, San Diego Continuing Education, Orange County,

Marcia's passion for her work is based
on a lifetime of experience as a multi-sport athlete, her interest in human
movement, and subsequent diagnosis of Osteoporosis in 2002. It is her vision, plus desire and energy, to
create stronger statures and eliminate this problem from our world. She hopes to continue enjoying an active life
with her husband, Rusty and 2 children: Gabriella, 8 years old, and Anthony, 2 years old.

fit. She is currently working on
pre-requisite courses toward her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Lizzie has been a part of Tassinari
Physical Therapy since May 2007. Her
