The foundation of this approach is based
on The Meeks' Method, developed by Sara Meeks, a physical therapist with over
40 years of clinical experience. The concept of these techniques come from
published research of factors that affect spine health, its impact on posture
and human movement.
THE SPINE REVOLUTION approach has demonstrated positive clinical and objective results, which are currently being tested in collaboration with San Diego State University's Exercise, Nutrition, and Science Biomechanics Lab.
