I knew I had
osteoporosis. But, I didn’t know why I
felt physical discomfort—afterall, I was always in pretty good physical shape,
so I thought attending some gym classes to improve my strength, stability, and,
so on. But, my physical discomfort did not
improve. I had too much daily
discomfort—just doing daily “chores” around the house became a chore for me to
accomplish. So, I began to sit more, to rest my body, then complete the day’s
routine as best as possible.
I have just completed my
physical therapy with Marcia. I am so
much better. I can do all my daily tasks
again and without pain. Marcia has
taught me how to strengthen my body, without hurting myself. I am very pleased. I think I was on the verge of being a bit
depressed over my poor condition. The
movements that Marcia Tassinari taught me are painless and simple. I plan to continue them to keep me pain
free. And they are so easy to do,
especially after being taught how to do what works best for me. Thanks Marcia!

I am a really
satisfied client with a success story. I
came for therapy for osteoporosis training and exercises. My height increased by 1/4” in 5 weeks of
therapy and my posture improved considerably.
I really appreciate Marcia’s hands on treatment, her knowledge and
research, and the printed material she provided me. I am doing new exercises at home daily and my
exercises at the gym are now done with corrected form. I also learned what to do and not do at Yoga
classes. In all, a great experience.

The reason
that I came for therapy was because my osteoporosis was progressing in that my
back was becoming bent. I wanted to stop
this from becoming worse. I had also
lost about 3 1/2 inches in height. After 2 months my posture had improved and I had
gained some height. Coming here gave me
the incentive to do regular exercises on my own at home and gave me hope to
stop and perhaps reverse the negative processes in my body.

My mom hadn’t

up so straight...We have the same body, and for the first time I realized how
hunched over and sort of collapsed through the chest she is. (She’s 83.)
